OT: A man and a chainsaw
First of all, although you aren't the only man on this "geezer" list, there aren't many of you, and those who came before you don't seem to post anymore. We see George on the rare occasion, but Floyd seems to be gone, as is Marc. That about sums it up for men on the OFF.
It's a shame that the men with the tools and saws are only in your neighborhood. Seems like we have almost all women "of a certain age" in my area. Although I do a lot of formerly "husband-only" stuff around here, I can't seem to rid myself of the fear of power tools that can maim. I'll find someone who'll clean up the tree, hopefully just for firewood.
Thank you for the mental image of the African Ants swarming busily over the fallen tree. It brought a much needed smile today. And watch out for Bob. A good man is hard to find.
