second week plain yogurt I bought Greek with fruit so no more of that sugar in it
low fat cottage cheese
unsweetened apple sauce
loose mashed potatoes I can do without those
loose plain oatmeal, cream of wheat grits
1 tsp over 15 min 3 x day working up to 2 tbsp. thats where I am now
for the week pretty easy.
Plus a protein shake divided by 3 times a day.
How much protein are you allowed. Doris QC..
