Well, I'm up have been since 5:30 hoping to get to work.  However, the driveway hasn't been plowed yet.  They supposedly said I will be at work by 8am today, but since it is almost 8 I kind of doubt it.....

Good morning grammylew! Happy Tuesday OFF family,

Well last night after work I went and worked out in the therapy pool cuz it's warmer. Worked out for almost an hour with my BFF and she just got back from her cruise and had lots of stories to tell! Worked out with 5# weights, did cardio and weight resistance. Good workout! Whhhooo!!

The snirt is melting again and I see grass everywhere. Spring is just around the corner. I miss one of my favorite volunteers who helps me out in my office filing and doing special projects. She is kinda like my adopted mom. Wanda is enjoying herself in Florida at her son's house. She'll be back next month. Can't wait to see her.

So today after work I think I will go to a weight lifting class lead by an instructor. I call her "gumby woman" she is about my age and not an ounce of fat on her, Patra is all muscle and looks like "mother earth" type of gal, no makeup and has her hair back in a ponytail all the time. She has a wonderful smile on her face and laughs when we groan!

Have a great day everyone. Do something nice for yourself. Just because it's "Fat Tuesday" doesn't give us any reason to pig out...unless you want to. Life does go on if you treat yourself. Just no guilt and move on after your treat. I'm staying strong for my team, we are doing a weight loss challenge here at work. I wanna win! LOL Hugs Debbie

good morning! ive had a half of a panzki and had to stop-this particular bakery uses waaay too much sugar for me....

i have been staying with a friend who lives closer to my work as well as school-tonite i am sleeping at my trailer cuz tomorrow i work in luther which is closer to home- im leaving the dog and cat here so it will seem strange to be totally alone there! i'm going over today before school to turn the heat back up to at least 60*.....

one more week of school- i am not too sure about the finals!!!???!!!! tho i am anxious to get into next quarter!

the weather coming this week scares me-more rain and ice so the snirt will freeze....i am loving the birds and the grass sneaking through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gees Debbie  You make me ashamed!  here I am whining about wanting spring breezes while you are getting a whole bunch of snow!!!   sure hope it melts for you soon
We sure had fun shopping with this 3 yr old imp yesterday!   Where do kids get so much energy???  But she is certain we are so mean to her since we went to Cheddars restaurant instead of bug king!! burger king to those who are not quite up to  Little Bug speak!
I'm  off to do some volunteer drives today  then we are making Ste some cookies!   Bugs is certain he needs them!
We are going to the orthopedic surgeon today to see it anything needs to be done about Steve's arm.  He seems to think  it just needs to heal more.  We shall see.

Quick hello, sitting here at my desk greeting those coming and going for this big trial, been up since 3 a.m. as I was very tired last night and went to bed to watch some television and fell asleep before 8:15, cause Tony called me then and I was already asleep. . .  guess tonight will be more of the same, but then I guess my body is readying me for what is to come with the changing of the clocks this weekend. . .  working OT tomorrow and Thr and then on Sunday. . . 

Oh well, I think I need some more caffiene. . .  gonna be a long day, good thing I am only working until 4 today. . .

Morning OFF family!!! Miss being here early enough for you all to see what I post!! LOL Been working extra hours since Gloria broke her hip plus my being away with my mom. Today I work the late shift 2-9 so I get to spend some early time here with you all...:-)

Two days in a row I had a huge mess at work to clean up after the closers! Seems they were so "busy" they didn't have time to clean up...seems funny that I can manage to be busy and still get the clean up done!! But then I am not the favorite around there either...oh well.

Its a chilly morning here in Ohio 29* so far supposed to go up to about 49* today and along with it some rain later? More flooding and warnings and watches. Never saw so many flooded areas all around u**** the weather channel! Feel sorry for those people!! But then there are the idiots that drive thru the water covered roads and then their cars/trucks get flooded out and then they have no vehicle!! Well duh!!!!!! How stupid can some be to try to drive thru water that is so deep that it about comes up to the windows of the car??

People at work are asking me if I am losing weight...been so many asking I had to get on the scale and see if I am...LOL OMG I am at 180lbs today!!!!! That is the lowest I have been since having WLS!!!!!!! I am excited for me!!!! :-) I know my jeans are feling loose again so maybe soon I can get another size smaller!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!! Right now I am wearing a 14.

Mom is doing better and is STILL trying to get ahold of her family dr for an appointment!!!!!! She ALWAYS has a hard time getting ahold of this dr and I told her she needs to find another dr that answers the dam phone!!!!! My sister is having some issues with her health again...I told her to find out what her vitamin levels were and go from there. She said she will look into that. But her being a retired nurse...she knows it all....sighs....my older brother is having problems with his BP being so high and they can't seem to get it stablized. Hope he gets the dr to listen and get its under control soon!!! The numbers are so high it scares me!! And I am sure it scares him as well!!! My younger brother is just over worked is all I know.

Well I rattled on long enough here and I am sure bored most of you to stop reading and move on...lol so I will get going.

MMMM, can you take a picture of what you come to work too.....the mess and stuff. Seems very strange that the shift before you can get away with not doing their work.

Monica I have had managers come and LOOK at he mess and got nowhere at all!!! I am not the "favorite" there because I do y work the "right" way and I report wrong doings!! I am the black sheep I guess you could call me...posted all over the break room to REPORT unsanitary conditions etc and I do that and look where it gets me...sad isn't it?
