Ten days in and off my blood preasure meds and water pills. I am thrilled with that. so soon. Yes I checked with my Dr. and he said to monitor it. I did 10 times today, I couldn't believe it. feeling great and no pain. now I need to get my self on a sckedule for eating. not hungry but food is starting yo appeal to me. I am on the greek plain yogurt cottage cheese jello. I think tomorrow I will start some smooth soups. no nasua everything great. Doris QC.
