OT: Can Spring be far away???

I took a picture of this flock of red winged blackbirds about a half hour ago.  The snow is still there but there is hope.  Notice how you can see the red on the ones coming in for a landing.

Bev  -  beautiful picture.  I love seeing red winged blackbirds.  You and I are about at the same latitude, so we probably have many of the same wildlife.  It's nice to see the birds returning!

Oh Bev!! I had a huge flock of Robins about 3 weeks ago outside my patio door!! I was thinking that spring was close also!!! But we now have a foot of snow on the ground!!!! GRRRR Having warmer temps now so snowis melting and supposed to have storms tomorrow and some flooding...ewwwwwwwww Love seeing the birds tho!!!

We have cardinals everywhere. But then, they are our state bird!
BTW, did you ever find the pattern for that gorgeous plum colored pineapple afghan you made. I know someone asked you for it. If you did, I would love to have a copy. I want to make an adult sized one. If not, i'll try to find one online, or at Michaels.

I did find it and scanned it into a .pdf file.  Unfortunately, OH doesn't allow attaching files other than photos.  If anyone wants to private message me your email address, I will send it to you.  It's called Anastasia.
My port feels much better, thanks.  I didn't get to have chemo through it this past week because my white count was too low.  I have a few pairs of cardinals, but not as much as you.
