WOW event: Hit golf balls today
Daughter and I went to the driving range and hit golf balls today - first time this year and first time since the VSG 3 mos. ago. With belly and man-boobs substantially reduced, I seem to be back to the natural hook I hit 20 years ago...cool. Also cool, we came back to the house and had sliced chicken, low-fat cheese and fresh fruit for lunch. Daughter is a multi-talented nurse and she provides wise professional counsel as does my wife, a retired college teacher - dietitian. Am I lucky to have them in my support group, or what? My back will be a little sore tomorrow, just as it should be. For now, it's time to turn the country classics music up loud and hit the treadmill for my daily 2.5 mi. Ain't life grand! Pop-Pop
Whhhooooooooo!! Keep hitting those golf balls, sounds like you are doing great with a wonderful family to support you. Yepper, life is grand!! I betcha your country music (which I love) is cranked up and kicking with the treadmill. Way to go!!
