We take four Flintstones (Complete) each day.  Two in the morning and two at bed time.  That's what our surgeon suggested right after surgery and we've just continued that regime since we've had no problems absorbing them as they are chewable.

Cindy, How are you? You are missed. When are the twin grandbabies due? Do you kno "what" they are yet? (Besides babies that is!)

Hi, Karen:

The twins (a boy and a girl) are due April 5.  When they are born, we'll have two boys and two girls for grandchildren.  Stacia is huge.  She's just a tiny little gal.  At the last ultrasound, the babies were at 4 lbs. each.  She'll have another ultrasound in early March.  With twins, I'm not sure how frequently the dr. will have an ultrasound done in the final month.  The babies are both head down now.

Saw that you and Mike will be going to Arizona in the near future and that Mike has lost 80 lbs.  He must be feeling so much better.  Hope you have a great trip.

Erin's babies arrived 7 weeks early and they were each close to 4 lbs each. I think weekly checkups are routine with twins. I imagine she is pretty miserable about now. Bet you can hardly wait.

I use the Flintstone's Complete chewable too -- I take one after breakfast and one after supper -- my bloodwork is great.

You might try taking a pill cutter and splitting the larger multis.

In any event, I am fairly compulsive about the whole vitamin thing, and would be sure to compare the labels if you make a change!

Flinstone chewables have been recommended to me as being the best tasting multi vit.
