Hi Carolyn and my OFF family:
I am sitting here while my apartment is being cleaned ... yes, I found a cleaning fairy! Her name is Debbie and she is a sweetie. She is not very expensive (compared to some of the others I checked). I tried cleaning a bit yesterday and my back and knees hurt so much ... all I did was clean the tub. So I called her out of an ad in the paper. She has "defurred" the rug, which is a job in itself. I I think she will be as good as Patty was in Michigan.
I too have been dealing with regain. I think I may try the 5 day pouch test next week. I've been mulling it. I do fine during the day ... it's at night when I come home from work that I go hog wild, so to speak ... or when I'm off a day. And I've gotten in the bad habit of eating in bed. Not good. Plus, I don't exercise ... because everything hurts ... I need a pool. Once the weather warms again, I will get in the pool here. But this is an outdoor pool, so got to wait for the real spring/summer.
My friend Mary Kay is coming up today ... can't wait to see her. Although the weather could be nicer ... It's still warm enough (64) but it's overcast.
