SIX YEARS!!!!! You've packed a lifetime of activities into those years. Would you have ever thought you'd be this active? I know WLS isn't a miracle, but gee, sometimes it really seems like it is.

Your energy exhausts me. But it seems that the more you do, the more you have energy to do even more.

I'm so happy to share in your celebration.

Congrats Karen, I am proud to know you and have shared a part of this journey with you and look forward to sharing lots more healthy years. . . It certainly will always be about making the choices we know work in order to keep on top of things, but that is it, choice and you made a good one 6 years ago!
