Hi all, I wanted to thank all of you who took time to welcome me. I'm sure I will feel at home in no time. Loved reading posts today. Probably won't post much for a while because I don't think I have that much to say. But w/ that said I'll be reading your posts daily.    Mag

Well Mags, some of us don't have much to say, but we seem to post away.....lol.  Just jump on in and tell us about your day, that's all you need!

Mag,

As Susan said so well, it's not that any of us necessarily have much to say, but we say what we do to stay involved and participating in the support that is here, so that when we have struggles, we know that the people here know something about us. . .  (well, I guess that is my take on things (lol)). . .

Hello....it isn't necessary to post everyday.

I have days that all I post is that I am "just checking in " with everyone....or all I have time for is "HI" to let everyone know I read their posts and that I am okay.

As you start getting to know us better you will want to post more. You will see we post about anything and everything here.

I am glad you are reading our posts and getting to know us better!

Hugs....connie d
Happy to be in

Even if you don't post often, post enough that people will know your allright and its also good to stay connected with people who have been through the struggles that we all have been through.  Food addiction can be so overwhelming.  But posting and reading posts can really help to keep it in prospective.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
