I had thought about WLS for a while. One day my older daughter complained that I had never taken the grandkids for a walk. It broke me heart and gave me the incentive to lose weight. I promised her that a year after WLS, I WOULD take them for a walk.
Not only did we take that walk but I jumped on a trampoline with the youngest. All the activities I couldn't do with an extra 200 lbs, I now do with enthusiasm and plenty of energy.
You will have more fun than you can imagine.

I want to have the surgery for many reasons, but one of the biggest is my little grandson. I can't even get up and down off the floor anymore. And you know babies spend a LOT of time on the floor. I want to get down and play with him!
