Yeah Rick IS good to me!!! He treats me so good I cry at times. I have NEVER in my life been treated like this and I LOVE IT!!!! Or should I say I love him??  I LOVE HIM!!!!!!

Judy, I agree with the rest. Don't be put off the board by small-minded people. Not everyone responds to my posts every day, and I'm sure some are sick of reading my daily whine, but hey, I've got to do it somewhere. If they don't want to read it, they don't have to.

Keep posting. We want to hear from everyone.

Hi Eileen...Thanks!!! Its not that people are not responding to my posts, its what they say to me that hurt my feelings. THAT is why I stopped posting on here. I have been on here almost from the start of my journey and I felt that this was the best support team I have EVER had!!! And to be chastised the way I was...well it was not nice. I have nobody here that I can talk to and all of you on OFF are there or I thought were there for me to listen and support me wehn I needed you all. I thought wrong...well on atleast one anyhow. But I am back and I will stay and if they don't like what I have to say...tough!!!!!!!!

I only have a few words of advice, and I give it with the utmost caution.

First and formost, could you have misunderstood the incident?  I think most of the drama that I have been involved with have been started because I was either misunderstood or I misunderstood someone.  If I am the one who offended you, I am sorry.  I try not to put my two cents in because I am so rhetorically brisk and brash in my comments.  

 

Second, are you sure you don't have a vitamin shortage?  My nail beds and the crevices of my fingers get really sore and split and bleed.  At first, I thought I was getting paper cuts, but then I had blood work done and it revealed t hat I was running short on some of the important vitamins.  To treat the little lesions, I sure Burt's Bees Wax.  I swear by that stuff.  

 

Putting all that aside, I am happy that you and Rick had a nice Valentine's day.  My DH took me out to eat and then to the mall where he got me a new blouse and a pair of tights.  My legs freeze and those really thick tights not only keep my legs firm looking but the also keep the warm.  

 

Having a significant other to spend time with is nice. But you're right, this board has a unique function in our lives that our real life friends and family cannot begin to fill.  

 

Well, I took bendaryl for my itching and now my eyes are crossing.

NO NO NO!!! It was NOT you that caused me to stay away!!! We had our disagreements in the past but it was not you this time!!! LOL

No I did not misunderstand it at all...it was put to me very bluntly so I DID get it!!!

As for my weather cuts, I have my hands in powdered gloves and water all the time at work. I think that is why my hands are so dry at this time of year or maybe I am allergic to the powder also because my hands feel like razor blades on the skin after the shift is over. I am due soon for my blood work so I will find out then if I have anything wrong there.

Thankyou about the Valentine's day with Rick comment!! That meant alot to me!!! He also took me out for dinner last night and we had steak. Yummm!!! He also gave me a single pink rose (my favorite color) I sure hit the jackpot when I found him!!! Or should I say he found me!!!!! LOL

I do post alot of babbling stuff LOL and some good things also...and as for the CAPS...doesn't matter to me what size you use...as long as you post!!! Some used to tell me off when I used caps all the time but I didn't care!!! I am a rebel....LMAOOOOOOOO

I ramble all the time. I talk about myself and my family, and I'm sure it's very boring to most on here. But, I know this is a place to come to talk. If they don't care to read it, they don't have to.
But I also get encouragement and advice when I need it from my forum friends! Sometimes weight related, sometimes life related!
From reading everyone's posts, I feel like I know you all. And I am always interested in what's happening?
You have all been encouraging through my cancer and my surgeries.
I have a very thick skin, so if anyone has a problem with me, I would just ignore it.

I had hurt feelings but I missed you all enough to come back again and if a certain person doesn't like what I post...she can SKIP my posts ALL the time so she doesn't have to get her undies in a bunch!!!!!!

I have been with you every step of the way in your surgery and PT I hope you know!!! You are a tough cookie grammylew!!!! I wish I could handle the pain of all that you have been through!!!! Hopefully soon you will be pain free and can do all the exercises pain free!!! Love your attitude!!!
