Wake UP everyone !!! ITS FRIDAY !!!!!!
Monica, We are all so proud of you. I could just pop my buttons but my chest isn't as large as it used to be so I would really have to strain! One hundred days, triple digits. One day at a time does work doesn't it? I have to remind myself that it works for all things. I've been having some anxiety disorder issues with this temporary job. Until I get settled and comfortable in any new endeavor I become anxious so easily. It causes my rosacea to flare up and also my blood pressure creeps up. I guess it's that fearful "fight or flight" response and I am so totally NOT a fighter. When conflict appears in any way I just want to "Get the hell out of Dodge!" as the saying goes. Students who test the limits make me anxious. I have to respond, show them the limits, but I just wish they would take care of that on their own. However, they don't and I can't let one or two cause the others (and me) to not have a safe, healthy, quiet learning environment. Tuesday was one such day. But I dealt with it and the rest of the week has been better. Congrats again, my friend!

Marcy good for you exercising, drinking your water, winter blues do set in and exercise helps so much...we gotta stay warm too!
Well the Gun Lake Casino just opened and the lights that place has and the huge sign on the highway, I could walk there from my house, it's only about 2 miles away if that! Thank God I'm not a gambler. The place is packed!!
I can't wait til next week, it's suppose to get in the 30's and maybe 40! A heat wave I tell ya!
I did spin class after work with my BFF Deb. Great workout, we have a new spin instructor who kicks butt! LOL...now she's young so I really didn't get into her music but it had good rhythm and my body got into the groove while spinning.
Tomorrow is my 55th Birthday, my plans are to get up and go to 0830 water aerobics with BFF and then we will go out for breakfast. At 5pm we are having a Valentine's Day Dinner at our church that the youth group is putting on and the money goes toward their mission trip this summer.
I directed the men's group last night, only 3 showed up but they sounded great and 7 more will come in early Sunday to practice. I suggested lets drop practice during the week if only the same 3 show up and keep our music selection easy so they don't stress out.
Take care all, have a great weekend, love yourselves and reach out to others. By the way this is my 5th day not being dizzy, maybe I'm finally going back into remission from Mennier's disease. Feels great to be back on top of my life with exercise and mindful eating. I don't weigh myself but my pants are feeling so much better, my legs getting muscle back along with the "guns" in my arms! Smoking!! Hugs and prayers to all in need. Debbie
