Wake UP everyone !!! ITS FRIDAY !!!!!!

 Oh my goodness...Its Friday morning 5:33 am..here in Lower NY state. 
  Its cold, I'm tired, and its Friday ...TGIF!!!!
  I'm usually NOT the first one on here..so where is everyone. Oh I'm very jealous if everyone else got to sleep in!!!!
  Today is school for me as usual.  THen tonight nothing..as I said I'm cold and tired and my body just wants to come home and sleep. Right now I'm drinking my water and doing my exercises.
  Hope everyone stays warm, has a good day and is doing well healthwise.

Good Morning Marcy and OFF!
I'm sipping a chai and watching the news, will get ready for work in a few. Indeed! TGIF! Been a long but fast week.  does that make sense? LOL! Need to get my Vermont drivers license and car plates today.  I got my nursing license last week so am officially a Vermont RN now too.  Not much more to say.  Hope you all have a great day!

   Congratulations on your nursing license...you are officially a "vermontian" or whatever they call you guys up there!!!!
   Have a wonderful weekend.  And I have to ask , what kind of chai are you sipping???  I'm always looking for new things, however, I am struggling with food allergies right now.

Good morning, ya'll.
It's finally Friday! Not that it makes much difference to me. One day is the same as the next when you're retired!
PT this morning. We will do the laying down on the table exercises first. They are the most strenuous ones. My left thigh and butt muscles are really sore when we are done with those. If I do those last, I can barely move!
Nothing else that needs to be done today. Our housekeeper didn't come yesterday. She called to say her Dad was on life support after a major heart attack. So I should be doing housework! I did bathrooms yesterday because they have to be done every few days anyway. But dusting, vacuuming and mopping are not things I enjoy. Or I could just read or crochet.
It is very cold here this morning, but we got no snow. I hope that all of you who do have snow are staying warm and safe.

 Morning all, sober 100 days.....proud of me. Doing OK.
Cloudy and rain here. Oh well it is not like weather up north. Our kids are in the minus numbers this morning.
Went to the dog park around 5:30 yesterday, light drizzle happening. Yoda was so excited to go and play. No one was there and after 40 min no one came. He acted like a little kid. Kept lookiing for other dogs, checked all 4 gates, ran the fence, and sniffing. He'd come back to us and gave us looks like where are all my friends???? A women outside the park was walking her 2 dogs and Yoda ran to the far end and watched her coming, waiting, but she didn't come on down. Reminded us of a party planned and no one came, he was very disappointed.

Happy Sober 100 days! Whhhhoooooooooooooooo!! Be sure to celebrate this well deserved 100 day mark, doesn't have to be expensive, go buy a lipstick, get your nails done or an extra long walk with Yoda!!! You should be proud!! Can you hear me clapping for ya! Hugs Debbie

How wonderful that you are sober 100 days today!  You are doing well and I am happy for you. . .

Your story of Yoda and the dog park made me smile, there have been a few times where I took my Roxie to the dog park and waited for other doggies to come and play, with her doing exactly what you described Yoda as doing and even people who were outside of the dog park and her looking longingly, with eyes that said, oh pleeeze come and play with me. . .  I am so looking forward to the days when there will be dogs for Roxie to go play with, the winter has been long and hard on her, I so wish I could afford another dog for her to play with at home. . .  oh well. . .  sounds like your Yoda is a great companion and just what you needed for some extra joy. . .
