SS Neversink sailing along on Thursday
Good morning Crew!
Day two of being stuck inside. Not good. I do have a knitting project that I'm working on, and it helps keep my hands busy. I don't think I could ever retire, it would be disastrous to be around the house so much.
Here's my Wednesday:
latte
pear and cottage cheese
zone bar
leftover manhattan clam chowder, slice of Italian bread
chili and bread for dinner
pretzel sticks----too many

Ahoy Captain! I'm rowing, working out at the gym and finally feeling like my old self.
Totally understand about not working, getting cabin fever...I too think I will never retire....I mean I work in Volunteer Services and am also a volunteer. I would go crazy not working.
Saturday is my 55th Birthday and I'm gonna party with hubby and friends! Whoooooo!!
Today:
Breakfast: 1 pc. toast, 2 eggs, 2 bacon made into half a sandwich...okay I gave the dogs about half of my bread.
3 cups of coffee with creamer
Lunch: pot-roast and green beans
Snack: orange
Snack: apple
Will eat half of banana before gym workout...going to spin class, then after spin will eat the other half.
Fluids of water so far today: 64 oz.
Will drink at least 32 oz of water during and after spin class
For Dinner:
Salad with ham/cheese/lots of veggies and low cal French dressing
Snack for later if needed: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich
