Morning group!
Cold here in the NEK and lots of snow around too!
Been a bit busy at work with more classes and work sessions this week.  Went to IROC (indoor recreation, Orleans County) last night with my friend Carol.  we work out in the therapy pool which is great, we can job, and do a good work out in the water!  Sipping chai now then will get ready for work.  Not much else to report, life is going well!
so, What's New with YOU?

Good mornin' ya'll.
Schools on a 2 hour delay, bases closed to all but essential personnel, many businesses on 2hour delays also. Guess what? No snow and temps too high to freeze the rain we got yesterday. I guess this way is better than keeping everthing open and getting tons of snow.
Had PT again yesterday. Three of them are done laying down and put a lot of stress on my thigh and hip. They always put them last. By then my muscles are way sore. So I asked them to put those 3 exercises first! When I do them at home I split them up so I don't get so sore.
I started the border for the baby afghan I'm makin'. You do the inside first, then do the border separate. Instructions said 120 rows. Got them all done, but wasn't long enough. Turned the page and further instructions say, repeat rows 1 through 120 two more times!! Dang!! The good thing is, it's gonna be beautiful!
I hope everyone is staying warm in all this bad weather. And I hope all of your personal struggles get resolved.
Everyone have a fantabulous day!

We are trying to get some sort of order back into our home. I went to the gym for the first time in well over a week. It wasn't wonderful, I am weak, but hey ... it's a start.

The doctor is still trying to figure out some sort of med ****tail to help Tom's BP. It was 190/110 on Tuesday. Off some, decreasing a few and adding another new one.

The first few days after we lost Isabella, the 6 remaining cats were quiet and clingy. They are restless now and trying to figure out who gets to sleep where. I guess they had some sort of sleeping arrangement.

As many of you know, our Annie is a little hellion. At first she was much too quiet. It was the calm before the storm. Last night she attempted to open ALL my dresser drawers. She enjoys emptying them.

Not content to create chaos in the bedroom, she attacked the kitchen cupboards. It is almost comical to watch her enpty cupboards. Notice I said "almost"?

Tony brings his toys to the bathroom door and yells "MAMA". He and Izzy were always my bathroom companions. He won't settle down until I praise him for bringing the toy.

Becky is pulling out her hair in clumps. Who knows, she might need a dose of Prozac.

Nicky and Jimmy HAVE to cuddle close to me. The boys practically suffocate me as they vie for the perfect spot.

Abigail aka Bumper - has adopted Izzy'd favorite blanket. Izzy was very territorial about her blanket. I haven't the heart to move it or even wa****

We almost forget that our fur friends can grieve also.  With as many cats as you have I am sure they did have a pecking order that has been disrupted.  They are trying to readjust.  Sorry they have to go through this too.

Linda,

Pecking order is right!! My daughter offered me her King Charles Spaniel for distraction. Little Daisy Mae would bend every nose in this house. She's a sweet dog but I'll pass.

Sending love to you and the grieving kitties and wishes that the Doctor comes up with the purfect ****tail for your dear Tom. . .

Lil Sis,

Never a dull moment around here. The good part of this is that Tom is paying much closer attention to eating better. He has never had a weight problem and could chow down on anything. Now he reaches for a bowl of Cheerios instead of a bag of cookies.

Many smooches

You betcha! I am even going to the gym again today.

Your snow day gives an extra day to heal. Don't get on the scale until you get the drain out and all the swelling is gone.
