Have a restful sleep Julia! Prayers for your mom and you.

Good morning OFF family and Happy Tuesday!
I made it to the gym, got there early almost an hour early before my spin class. Well they just started a new class and this gal was excellent, went to her class, only 2 people in it and said I was a regular spinner and could I just join them until my next class with Becky? She agreed. Well I did 35 minutes of spin with her and I was spent! Told Becky to use her as a sub and told this gal to maybe pick up 5pm spin on Tuesday as there is no spin class and people aren't getting all their classes in because the gym is soooooooooooooo busy in Jan and Feb.
Amy told me she would think about it.

So today I'm feeling great, I'm not dizzy or foggy for the first time in months! Whhooooo...
Is my Mennier's finally going into remission? Let's hope so.
My plans for today after work is to hit the gym and I will be late for the W3 class but I'm going then will do the Cardio Challenge after W3 class (working with weights).  I brought my gym back into my office and will change here at work. I do this and I'm ready...no excuse for my car to go the opposite direction to home! LOL

I'll call my BFF and see if she wants to join me at the gym. Yesterday she had a conference call and missed spin with me. When we work out together it's much more fun but I do have my other gym buddies.

So if your still reading this...I went to Bariatric Support group on Saturday. Most of us are about 4 years out or 3 years. We all are struggling with weight gain and keeping it off. It was an excellent session and next week I'm filling in on Tuesday for Ben at the gym where support group is held. My plan is to work out until time for group. Hugs Debbie

Butterfly Glad to know you have come out of your cocoon Julia. haha
I feel almost human today. The antibiotics have finally kicked in. Someday I'll learn and go to the doctor before it gets out of control. The problem is that my calendar has every day listed but SOMEday.

Kisses

So our RV awaning blew down. Hubby just called insurance and repair people. I am OCDing badly and I am terribly upset about this all. Shouldn't be I know. Prayers please and good vibration asked for. I am sober 96 days and want to stay that way.
Oldest daughter having problems with her man's daughter. This little girl doesn't like our daughter and she spends 4 days a week with them. Prayers for her too. Thanks, Monica

Monica...been there, done that with the RV awning.  We had snow up at our RV park several years ago that just ripped the awning right down the middle.  Luckily, we had RV insurance at the time (we don't live in it) that covered the replacement.  But what a headache arranging for the repair company to get into the park, replace the awning and getting paperwork completed.  Next time, we'll be sure to get the awning rolled up before winter!

Prayers to you and your family...blended families require extra work...between DH and myself..we have 9 kids!  And just because they are 'grown up' doesn't mean the act that way :-(
Hugs all around ;-)

Good Morning Julia and those to follow

I had a weird experience this morning.  As I have said often, I don't get to sleep before midnight or later.  Last night was no exception but since I can sleep as late as I need to it is not a major problem any more.  Well I had to be up and dressed by 8:00 this morning so I figured I had better set my clock.  When the alarm went off at 7:00 I just couldn't get up so I reset it for 7:30 and fell asleep instantly.  A couple of minutes later it was 7:30 and I reset it for 7:45 and back to sleep I went.  Later I felt the matress move like someone pushed their knee on the bed to prod me awake.  I remember thinking I was dreaming and ignored it.  A few seconds later I felt it again and even thought jokingly maybe I messed up the alarm and took another breath or two, opened my eyes and the clock read 7:47.  I jumped up threw on my jeans and ran a comb through my hair (what there is of it) and was ready by 8:00.  Don't know who was prodding me but I'm glad they did.  I had set the clock but moved the lever over one knotch too many and turned it off instead of on.   All together weird.

Today I will get blood drawn to check INR since I was off coumadin for 3 days prior to my oral surgery.  Then I will run last minute errands and get up to date on bills.  Thursday we fly to Miami and Friday board our ship to the Southern Carribean.  We will spend a few extra days in Florida before we head back to Houston on the 26th.

Guess I had better get on the stick.  More later

Good morning to all.

First - let me ask - was is OFF?  (Once fat and fifty??)

Today is an exciting day.  My daughter is hoping to hear her baby's heartbeat for the first time.  I can't wait to hear all about it.  Of course I'd like to be with her, but she has a wonderful husband who's very involved so I'll wait.  I hate waiting!  ;-)

We have a 9 year old beagle who has a seizure disorder.  She's a sweet dog with one major problem.  She's forgotten that she was ever house trained.  We block off most of the house but if she can ever touch the carpet she's likely to pee.  This wasn't an issue until we had our carpet cleaned before the holidays with the dry flakes.  It's supposed to repel dogs but had the opposite effect on Millie.  I'm beginning to think she needs to live with someone who's home during the day, but with her age and the seizure disorder that would be next to impossible.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Take care,
Cindy

We're the "Over Fifty Forum".  Years, not BMI.....

It's a great group, not a lot of drama, and our issues are often very different from the youngsters who've had WLS.

There have been some incredible friendships made on this board.  Both on line and in person.

Welcome.

Candy
