Good morning crew, how are you all today??

Yes, the Harry and David crap went to work with Gary. What was opened yesterday went into the trash.

I can't begin to write down what I ate as it was random and mindless. One day does not a lifetime make and today will be better than yesterday.

So?  What was on your plate yesterday?

Morning Susan and crew
Yesterday was definitely better than Friday and Saturday...but still too high on carbs.  Went on a great motor scooter ride to Olde Town Folsom, originally an old mining town...so sad to see so many shops closed :-(  Economy has really hurt the small guy in tourist towns like these

B  2 soft boiled eggs w/1 sl sour dough bread
S  5pc Jenni-O turkey bacon.(had the shakes..low blood sugar??)
L  3sl deli turkey ham
S  1/2c chocolate ice cream
D  1c squash, 1c turkey spagetti sauce w/stewed tomato, olives & mushrooms added
S  4 SF caramel candies (special treat from Olde Towne)
Bd Snk  Slim Fast chocolate shake

Except for the ice cream, did ok...today is better, but being at work always helps me stay on track ;-)
Have a great day!  We have Sunshine!

yep, large yellow ball..that's what they tell me.  Except the last few mornings, on the drive into work, it's not been yellow..it has been a strange orange color...almost reminds me of a harvest moon! LOL Winds are back tonight...so we'll drop back to the l0w 50's tomorrow.  Oh well, it was great while it lasted.

Hi Susan...although my eating is somewhat better but far from where it needs to be......I can't see much changing until all the stress of this move is over.

I should have quit work sooner......it is so overwhelming with packing and appointments and all.

I am doing the best I can for right now.

Hugs....connie d
