Glub, glub, glub.......

Sinking fast. A client sent me a get well package from Harry and David. Was it a box of their amazingly good pears? No....that would be way too healthy. This box was about 24 inches square and full of sin, pure and simple

Chocolate covered cherries, dark chocolate popcorn, cheese dip, pretzel dip, trail mix( not the healthy kind) and all sorts of stuff.

DAMN

Sorry Sistha, Donate that stuff, quick. 

Susan...a week ago, I would have been digging right in the middle of those goodies and paying dearly for it.  Today, I say toss it or give it away!!  After my post a couple of wks ago about too many carbs in my day and gaining 10 lbs., my hubs & I made a deal that all carbs(bad ones) would be eliminated from our diet.  The first 2/3 days were bad and I had a headache from hell.  We both now feel better and have lost some of our weight gain.  He's lost 5 lbs. and I've lost 4 lbs....amazing. 

Today:
B-scrambled eggs with cheese, 2 slices bacon
Coffee
L-Protein bar, 1/2 Banana
Protein drink
D-Pot roast, vegetable medley, deviled egg
Apple with 1T peanut butter

ohhhhhhh  I so hear them calling me!!    I caved to the extra rich chocolate ice cream cone....I hope it helps to remember Monday is a new day! ;-)  I do love Harry and David's produce....a vendor send first pears in December then apples in January...they are sooooo good ^_^
