Sorry about the abruptness of my post yesterday. Gary and I had a bit of a snit and I just didn't feel like posting or doing much. So, all is well now and that's the way it should be!
Okay, here's yesterday:
latte
cottage cheese w/ pear
1/4 roast pork sandwich, hummus and a few pita chips
zone protein bar
steak, green beans, beets and mashed potatoes
applesauce w/ lf granola

Sitting at home since many roads are closed due to ice. We should have had snow but got ice instead. Accidents everywhere.
yesterday I ate
B - oatmeal
L - tuna salad on crackers
D- grilled chicken and beets
s - honeydew melon, LF cheese
I lost two pounds last week and 1/2 pound this week. I need to loose 1 and 1/2 pounds to reach my 20 pound goal which I set in September. After that I will work on the next 20 pounds.

Yesterday was a wonderfully busy day.
Our quest room is being converted into a Dressing Room/ Quest Room. Just love being busy, and having the vision happen. The small crystal chandelier was hung , a small room divider started, need to put the pretty material into the openings. Some sanding and staining to do on the dressing table. The couch/quest bed all done. At about 3:00 yesterday my get up and go needed a rest, set down on the dressing chair for a bit.The honey man came to the door, stopped and said, how pretty the room looks, nice man. He has always told me that he loves what I do with any home we happen to be in at the time. We had lots of homes while he was in the Navy. We enjoyed the traveling and moving around.
