duh im such a ditz sometimes.  i forgot to write down the tuna patties recipe.

could somone post it again please.

Here is another one:

Asian Salmon Patties: Submitted by: Official Kimkins | Date Added: 11 Apr 2010 Ingredients:

Makes 8

Salmon Patties
1 1/2 lb salmon fillet, finely chopped
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 shallots, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
salt & pepper to taste

Sauce
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons grated raw ginger
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Combine salmon, shallots, ginger, egg, pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl and form 8 patties. Place patties on a plate and freeze 20 minutes or until firm.

Generously coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium high. Add patties and coo****il browned and opaque; 4-6 minutes per side. Turn patties carefully to avoid breaking.

Serve with lime and spicy sesame mayonnaise if desired.

Make spicy sesame mayonnaise: In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, green onions, lime juice, and sesame oil. Chill until ready to serve.
