Susan, Just wanted to send you a cyber hug. Don't try to do too much please. Tho I absolutely hate to post my food, I know I should to make sure I am getting what my body needs regardless of the excess that I put in my mouth. Just reminds me to much of my  years of diet plans, recording every bite that went in my mouth, lieing and not putting it all down, etc! I am back to exercising regularly. My 30 hr pr week sub job finishes about 2pm each day.A perfect time to hit the gym before I come home. Burning off almost 400 calories in the afternoon sure makes a difference on the scale after just one week. Take care!

Take care Susan. You have gone back to work after some painful surgery. It takes a while to get the zip back.

Hummus is a middle eastern dip made from chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon, and tahini.  Tahini is a paste made from sessame seeds.  Like peanut butter only sessame seeds.  It is usually eaten with pita bread or pita chips.  I ate mine with a spoon.  Yummy

Morning Susan...sure hope your morning gets better...you sound a bit rushed :-(

yesterday was a great day...I think I'm getting the hang of this 'new' eating routine I've started...already lost 3.5lbs in the last 2 weeks...no marathon but at least the scale is going DOWN LOL

B  Protein drink with 1/4c blueberries w/splenda
S  1/2c 2% cottage cheese
L  4 sl deli turkey ham w/1tbs strawberry cream cheese..great rolled up!
S  Slim Fast chocolate shake
D  1 Taco Bell original taco, 1/2c refried beans w/melted cheese (TB pinto/cheese)
S  Slim Fast chocolate shake
BdS   6oz lite vanilla yogurt

sooo happy with staying on track...and I think the Slim Fast shakes are keeping the snackies (the bad carbs) at bay ^_^
have a great day!!
