Good morning crew, how's your boat sailing?

Just bobbin' along here in  Central AR. I"m trying hard to stay on what would be my normal eating routine if I were at work every day. Not as easy as it sounded, since I have nothing but time on my hands and it's easy to wander into the kitchen to see what there might be to munch on. Fortunately there aren't any "snack" things in there, so that makes it easier, but kind of frustrating!

Here's yesterday:

latte

poached egg on toast

healthy choice chicken verde

applesauce/cottage cheese

tuna casserole, broccoli

applesauce/lf granola

Ummmm....  Did I lose a day?  Isn't it Saturday?

I'm actually doing pretty well with the eating.  It's not worth the effort to haul my ass to my feet (interesting picture, no?) to wander into the kitchen to look for something yukky to munch on...

Here's hoping the trend comtinues.

Wish I was with Thelma.  Oh, the PIE on those cruises......  (Bad Candy, BAD, BAD!!!!!)

Thanks for the reality check. I obviously don't know what the hell day it is. Man, 10 days off work and I'm totally messed up!

Thelma is fine
My DH, a friend, and I had dinner with her and Terry at the Olympia Grill on the harbor this evening.  She wishes you were with her as well.
That ship will never be the same once Thelma gets aboard.  She intends to park herself at the piano bar and have a few Godivas.

B-High Protein Drink
L-hamburger pattie and  green beans
S-SF pudding
D-chicken and mixed veggies
S-popcorn....too much off and on all evening ( stressed and grazing)

I'll start this backwards and see if I can remember what

the input was yesterday.

Dinner: Chicken wings,3

wonderful rice, the honey mans says I make the best, an't he sweet.

fresh salsa

fresh corrots

Lunch-Brunch: fresh viggies.

Bad memory is due to on going Fibro, the brain seems to swell

right along with the body when a tough few days come along. Tomorrow will be a better day

I think yesterday was a good food day...I know that calories in were less than calories out LOL

B protein drink
S apple
L 3 jenno-o turkey meatballs w/ 1tbs stubby bbq sauce
S  1/2c 2% cottage cheese
D  Wendy's 1/4lb hamburger w/cheese, no bun or sauce..just pickle, lettuce onion and tomato
S  Quaker protein bar
s   6oz low fat yogurt

today gonna stick pretty much to fluids...trying to trick the body into thinking it NEEDS to drop a few pounds...but it's not listening! :-(  Also will be back on the treadmill for another 2-3 miles.,

It's late and I am just doing a quick read through before I hit the sack.  Will post Friday's and today's food when I have time tomorrow.  But I can say I am doing good with my food choices.
