SS Neversink sailing along on Thursday
So? How's everyone doing? I got through yesterday pretty well, but woke up at about 3:30 this morning and had a really tough time resisting a trip to the kitchen. I went back to sleep, but sure would have liked a snack.
Here's yesterday:
latte
greek yogurt w/ lf granola
1/2 meatloaf sandwich
cottage cheese w/ applesauce
tomato soup w/ 1/2 grilled cheese sand
applesauce w/ lf granola

Yesterday turned out ok but I sure feel like I'm eating all day long just to get my protein in LOL
B Protein shake w/soy milk
S 2oz cheddar cheese
L 1 1/2c homemade veggie soup w/2oz chicken, 8 saltine crackers
S Protein shake/GNC Lean Shake
D Panda Express kung pao chicken (only 300 cal but 19g protein!)
S Quaker protein bar, tortilla chips
coffee and water equalled 48oz...add shakes...Good Deal! ^_^
looking at the numbers, this was a GOOD day! ;-)

Yeah , Ol' Captain, You made it without the snack, I didn't do as well.
Yesterday was a bad Fybro. Day. I was asleep by 8, and up again at 12. Up for 2 1/2 hours then back to bed. I did drink lots of water, but I also had sliced dried tomato's on soda crackers with a small piece of melted cheese. My dinner yesterday was Edamame, with lemon juice. Lunch yesterday was had out with the honey man. We went shopping for him. He needed Jeans. We stopped at a Burger King. I did okay. Ordered the cheese burger, ate just the meat, lettuce , tomato & pickle , carried the Tea I ordered to drink as we drove around our High Desert area. It was nice to be out and about yesterday. The sun was shinning , in the 60's and just nice.
