It's Monday, SUP
Grammy... your courage and your attitude make me just smile !!!!
Good luck on all of your procedures and on your hip surgery. I'm sending wishes, blessings and prayers for a speedy recovery.
It downright COLD here in NY. Below freezing temps and we looking at a storm coming in this evening, with snow, rain, sleet, freezing rain. The only thing its not throwing at us is sunshine and warmth oh and the kitchen sink!!!!! OOOHHH maybe we'll get a snow day tomorrow??? That would be nice.
I spent Sat. cleaning, putting that dam*** xmas tree and decorations away and planning a baby shower for my daughter.
I have twin girls ages 26..she is the youngest by 14 min. and is pregnant with her first. ITS A BOY !!! (she hopes) so I was helping her friend plan a shower. Go****s a lot of work but, hopefully they will all have fun.
Well off to finish my laundry and my hot cup of chai tea. Today is my grand daughter's 7th birthday..so I have to get ready for that too. Busy day.
Prayers and blessings to all..
Susan hope you are feeling better
Connie I know the move will be for the best...hang in there
Margo.. sorry about your car...love hearing about your fur babies
and to everyone else..joy and hugs.

Good Morning:
Good luck with your hip surgery, my dad has has both hips replaced in the last four years, he is 90. I was amazed as how instant the loss of pain was for him once the hips were replace.
I'm getting up and moving. Today I have off for the holiday which I wrapped into vaca days to pack the house. The packing is coming along slowly, the first floor kitchen is almost done then I'll start on the living room. We have way to much stuff for 2 people.....
I don't think I need to go out the door today.
Hope everyone has a great day....
Ida

Good morning Grammylew. Prayers and positive thoughts headed your way from Spokaloo.
Morning to all ya alls too!
It was 51 degrees here yesterday. Last week in the single digits.
Touched up my roots yesterday and did my own self trim too. Turned out OK.
Brought mom her pillow and brought them their mail. They are both doing well but hope they can stay a bit longer to get some more strengthening and safety training.
Just a busy Monday ahead. While I love being home and wish we got the day off today, I do like what I do at work and so I am looking forward to what the day brings there, it's never the same, that's for sure!!
Take care all and have a loverly day,
Cheryl

Good morning everyone!
Grammy, I know what you're going through getting ready for surgery. I think all of the prep things keep your mind busy and off of what's ahead.
I'm going to declare today the official "I think I'm going to live" day. I have a call into the surgeons office to see if I can get this pain pump pulled out. It's empty and now it's just another thing hanging around, literally. Besides, it would be good to get out even if it's only to the doctor's office. Gary goes back to work tomorrow and then I'm on my own. He's been a saint. Just can't tell you!
Gary's sister got her nose out of joint because I guess I made the mortal sin of forgetting to tell her that I was having surgery. She sent me a message on FB the day I had surgery that was very snarky. I haven't responded to her, and Gary said not to, but it's just one of those things that no one needs when they're split from one side to the other. AGHHHHHH family.
Okay, I've hit my limit, back to the recliner I go. Hope all of you have a wonderful day!

grammylew, hugs and prayers to you! You too, even though you have procedures all this week, take time for yourself and may you have a speedy recovery on your hip surgery.
Well the weekend flew by way to fast and it's payroll Monday so I got that done and we are ready to go!
My 2 granddaughter's were baptized Sunday and the 5 month old Loulabelle was wonderful, she was so good at church and didn't even cry. Rozzie is 8 and I don't think she totally understood why she was baptized. Mom and Dad will have to work with her on this I think. We all went out to dinner at Sam's Joint afterwards, got an appetizer plate and took most of it home with me. Hubby ate it later watching football. The 2 older grandkids wanted to come home with us for awhile to play with the kittens so we didn't get our nap in! LOL...but their mom and dad did! Well it is nice giving the parents a break but I was ready for them to go home after a few hours.
Today after work I plan on going to spin class. I bought my gym clothes into work with me so I can change into my workout clothes when I leave work, that gives me motivation to go down the road to the gym. I really don't enjoy going to the gym in January, it's packed then thins out by March. Thank goodness I now have a workout room at home. That has helped so much. The grandkids liked my gazelle!
