Avast and ahoy mateys!!!  How's your ship sailing?

Yesterday turned out better than I expected. I had my really late client come in earlier in the day, just worked her in, so I was able to get off work by 5:30. Gary and I went out for a nice dinner. Very welcomed since I'll be cooped up in the house between the snow storm that's coming and my surgery Wednesday.

So....here's yesterday:

latte

PB&J on sandwich thin

lean cuisine spicy Caribbean chicken----this is REALLY good, btw, spicy and yummmmm

dry roasted peanuts

1/2 protein bar

latte

steak, 1/2 baked potato, green beans.

That's it. Hope you all had a dandy day!

Hubby made me breakfast:
1 Egg over easy. 3 strips of bacon and 1/2 English muffin.  MMMMM.
Lunch: Sirloin Burger Soup
Snack:  Fruit from an Edible Arrangement sent to me.
Dinner:  Chicken and vegetables
Snack: 1 oz. Cheddar Cheese

Hi Susan:
     First of all good luck on your surgery.
I had a relly good day stuck with the protein  A tiny piece of whole wheat flax seed bread (Imade) so I know what is in it.  In the evening I had an apple.  I was in control so I am good.  Doris QC.

While I floated and sailed along last week pretty good, this weekend I SANK. Hope to patch the holes and have better sailing this week.

Good morning Susan....my eating is okay..

Yesterday...

B-High Protein Drink
L-roast beef and carrots (last of the left overs)
D-mock crab salad and 4 wheat crackers
S-1/2 cup of trail mix

Getting pleanty of water in everyday...also never miss my Vitamins and Calcium.

much later  small cup of homemade soup again to warm me up

Nancy, I'm having abdominoplasty with muscle tightening/lipo and my bat wings done.  Starting to get a little nervous, but the doc gave me Xanax to take if it gets too bad. Maybe tomorrow?
