Ahoy!!

Now that the 5 day excursion is over, I'm hoping to see those folks joining  us here everyday. We're so proud of all of you who did the 5DPT!!!!!

Here's my Friday

1/2 meatloaf sandwich ( finally got one from Monday's leftovers)

apple

lean cuisine swedish meatballs

latte

2 pc cheese, dry roasted peanuts

un-fried fried rice which didn't go down well and came right back up. Dang

That's it. Today is so busy who knows what I'll get in. Eleven hour work days stink!

I have lost 5 lbs.    The 5 day diet was great and easier than I thought it would be. I am pleased.
Will do it again in a couple of weeks. not sure if I am going to be on the shakes. I go to Dr. in Ottawa Tuesday they will do Blood work EKG and they will do the follow up. That is great I won.t have to travel to Montreal after.  Doris   QC.  Let me know when the ship sails again.  .bon ...............voyage

Yep, got on the scale this morning.... 160.... saw 155.5 for a moment... had one day of hurling and 1/2 day in bed.. ate a small pot of soup yesterday...that was all... do admit to it being milk based but it was the only thing that would sit on my stomach.  I feel fine this morning so I'm heading for $4.

Macy's 80% off sale starts at nine.  I need nothing... do you hear me?  I NEED NOTHING!!

Other than that, I've GOT to clean my house.  My wife and I are going to be divorced shortly.  But I'm looking for a mistress right now until I can replace her... silly me...:)

S-popcorn (mini 100 calorie bag)

Tall Pike in a Grande cup.
1 MickeyD's sausage burrito (99cents)
1/2 hamburger (actually two sliders at Chili's)
1 glass of tea
1 avocado
1 cup coffee at home w/ff creamer

That's it so far..
