What's new Saturday?

Eileen - go for the disability! I think it is time to sit back and heal.

Margo & Janet - my next fubaby is coming from the Hallmark store. No messes, no vet bills, no messes, no heartache when they pass.

Tom told me that I am a Grinch this year. By this time I have usually painted a gazillion ornaments - not this year. Not one present bought yet, no decorations out, no plans for Christmas dinner. Nuthin'. I need a kick in the butt. Maybe a snuggle on Santas lap to get in the mood.

My clothes felt uncomfortable. All day I wiggled and squirmed. Finally I decided it was jammie time. Ha - I forgot that I had on 2 layers of long johns under jeans, a couple of shirts and a sweater. No wonder it felt like I couldn't move.

Today will be relaxing with a book, crocheting more hats, Stepson & Grands are visiting later. That means I need to have a big pot of something simmering on the stove. Sounds like a good plan.

Kisses

Good morning, ya'll.
Eileen, I do wish I could help.
Ahhhh, furbabies. We have had many over the years. Loved them all. Usually gotten cause we 'gave in' to pleadings from kids or grandkids. Cleaned up messes, let them in and out and in and out.
Got an older dog while my DH was away, when he came home earlier than expected she almost ate him alive!! We loved her the best. Had her 15 years. We had 2 great cats that hated to use the litter box, they wanted outside to go. A dog that shed terribly, and loved to play fetch. We kept her tennis ball thrower on the porch. Everyone who came to our house would give her a few throws. I mean everyone, the UPS man, the mailman, the mower repair guy, the satallite guy, all our friends and neighbors. Then there were a lot of less notable pets (hamsters, a rat, a snake, many more dogs and cats that came and went). But now it is time to just enjoy someone elses.
A warmer Saturday here.
I'm still making pet beds and chew toys. I like the idea of giving them to the local humane society. I'll give them a call on Monday. One year I made lap robes for all of the residents of a local nursing home. When I get started on something new, it's hard to stop.
OCD? Or just nuts? Depends on who you ask. My granddaughter says I am 'whackaroonie'. She may be right.
Enough rambling, I have grandkids showing up for breakfast, so I better get off my duff ( do we still have a duff?)
Everyone have a fantabulous day!

I love the picture of everyone who came to the house throwing the "fetch" ball for the dog.

Boy, what a difference six years make.

Six years my fat ass would not have fit through the window I just crawled through because I locked myself out.

Just another fun day in Texas.

Now that's an interesting picture! I don't think I could squeeze through a window yet ... butt is still too flabby and back and knees too creaky.
