I'm eating, how about you? Thursday edition
Good morning crew!
Lots going on today, as always my days off are as busy as days at work. It's okay, keeps me off the streets!
Some 'wonderful' person brought in a box of holiday decorated Krispy Kreme doughnuts yesterday. Almost made me sick to look at them, so I guess the hypnosis is working.....YAY!
So, here's yesterday. I got in all my meals and snacks (thanks to a no-show client) so that was a good thing. Hope you all have a dandy one!

1/2 apple & PB, sitting with Matthew in a tent in the living room. Our Winter version of camping.
1 slice cheese pizza

1 cup popcorn
Not so good. Today is another day.

small tossed salad with 1 oz. ea of smoked turkey and smoked ham, a hard boiled egg and light balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup 2% cottage Cheese w/hard boiled egg
2 Weigh****chers String Cheeses w/ 6 Town House flatcrisp crackers
Total for day 878 calories, 37.5 fat gr., 52.5 gr. carbs, 74 protein gr.
I've had at least 132 oz. of fluids, all my supplements, and I've used my quota of toilet paper for the day.
