I'm eating, how about you? Wednesday edition

Good morning. Been up since 4:00 for what ever reason, so I guess it's time to get productive for the day.

Yesterday my eating was pretty good, taking a protein bar to work really helped get the protein/calories in. I guess I'd better get some stocked up as it's only getting busier at the salon with the Holidays. All we can do is our best, right???

latte

3/4 lite bkfst sandwich

atkins protein bar

chicken thigh, roasted turnips

applesauce w/ cottage cheese

protein coffee

vegetarian chili, 1 slice beer bread

applesauce w/ LF granola

B-Boost High Protein Drink (Glucose Control)
L-chopped steak and mixed veggies
D-chopped steak and small salad
S-string cheese

Hmmm - yesterday ??? The only thing I recall is chili made with ground turkey. It was tasty.

Today - same old stuff.

I have never tasted a turnip. Dad didn't like them so Mom never cooked them and I have never tried.
