I went to my appt. On Wed Now its hard to get my
food together which is a funky excuse I am going to try to do as my doctor says which he told me one shake a day two meals no starches/bread, tortillas or crackers. I do envy in a good way everyone who has completed their surgery. To tell me I may have to wait till March just blew my mind i guess. I dont want to annoy anyone with my post. I think my motive is more accountability.
I was just hoping id be starting my 50th recoverying and not still at square one. I initally was told Dec.. I am going to try to contact them in the meanwhile for any cancellations.
Hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving weekend so far

Janet,
Patience is not one of my finer qualities. I had to practice a lot of it in my wait of almost a year. First trying to get insurance approval (never did), then finally managing to have the surgery thanks to a "loan" from my 93 yr old mom. I think that wait helped me to appreciate the gift when it did come.
I was 55 at the time so you are getting an earlier start than I did. If you follow your doctor's advice and do the best you can you will be that much healthier when your time comes.
It is quite possible that there might be a cancellation so be prepared just in case. At any rate March will be here before you know it!
Best wishes.
