T-minus 2 days till Turkey -- Nov. 23rd
I think Becky is getting out of the horsepistol today. Not sure. I think she is going to want to go home. She can come over here but she'll have to sleep in my bed. She's not comfortable at my house. Nothing 'fits' her. My furniture took a turn for the 'smaller' sometime ago. She fills up my loveseat and can't sit in much of anything else. We've all been there, haven't we? Miserable life for sure.. thank goodness we were given a chance. I wish she could have had one.
Heading out for $4. It's 70 degrees out and I'm in long sleeves. I'm going to be miserable at work, I can tell. Might should go find something else to put on before I leave the house. Decisions, decisions.

Feeling a bit better, hand is still painful, but knee and hip are better.
Put off the cortisone injection until next week because I didn't want to have my hand not working when I am cooking for Tksgiving.
Decided to work at the bank M-T-W, so I will have a nice long time off for the weekend. A friend and I were talking yesterday and we pretty much decided maybe my trip to Germany has caused all my problems with this old body....it was intense and so busy....oh well, done now and won't be going back in this lifetime.
Time to get my oatmeal and get ready for work. Have a great day and good thoughts and prayers for those in need.

Morning Pat!! And OFF!!
Well its cloudy here but its NOT raining...YET! rained most of the day yesterday but it was in the 60's! Can you believe the warm weather we are having in November? But they ware talking of the "S" word for turkey day and friday!! ewww!!! I work today that crappy 5-9 shift then I am off til saturday. I get paid for Thursday and Friday though. Holiday and birthday pay. :-) Not planning on going anywhere unless rick doesn't find one of his CD's he is missing. I told him if he doesn't find it by Thursday or Friday we WILL take a ride to see John and look at HIS CD's and see if Rick's CD is there!!! John was looking at it while he was here helping us move and we think he helped himself to it!!! Last time he was here back in August when we took him to the NASCAR race with us rick was missing $20 out of his wallet and we think John again helped himself to that!! So if we find that CD at John's that is it for the friendship!!! Just makes me wonder what else he "helped" himself to that we don't know about yet! Some friend huh?
My sciatic nerve is still bothering me some but not as bad as it was. My toe that I had the surgery on is still hurting me since all the walking with the moving we did. It will get better again I am sure.
Talked to my brother last night and he is counting down the days til he see's his dr again. Said 9 days and 1 sleep and hopefully he will get the ok to drive again! He is so bored sitting around and not being able to do anything. He said he is still so sore in his chest area. Well yeah his ribs were broke so he could have the heart valve surgery. I can't wait to see him on Christmas! Mom also!! Well all the family I guess...lol They still do not know we are coming home for Christmas. ;-)
Well time to get going have more unpacking to do and get some decorating ideas started. Changing some looks this time around. I found my Breyer horses and I want them out! I miss them! NASCAR is over with so put that away for now. I also found my shelves that were packed away from when I moved here from Michigan and I also want them put up. See I have plans...LOL
