I'm eating, how about you? Monday
Good morning Crew!!
I'll be in Outter Mongolia WI from Tues-Fri, so If I can't get signal to post will someone do it? Hopefully people will be willing to admit to what they eat while celebrating the day. Remember, it's the DAY, not the FOOD!!!!! My poor step MIL is so worried about my eating habits, she's called three times asking questions. Bless her heart for caring so much, but I do wish she wouldn't worry so much and go to so much trouble! I haven't seen her in 20 years, so I'm not sure what her reaction will be...lol.
Okay, here's yesterday:
latte
scrambled eggbeaters and turkey sausage w/ a mini bagel
Taco Bell grilled soft taco, no tortilla and an order of pintos and cheese w/ extra cheese
applesauce w/ cottage cheese
2 oz chicken parm, 1/4 c orzo
applesauce w/ LF granola and cool whip

Yesterday:
1 piece of toast with 2 T. PB
small bowl of split pea soup and small salad, 1 rice krispy treat homemade (at church supper)
small bowl of homemade beef soup for dinner
small bowl of SF ice cream with walnuts added for crunch
banana
Today so far:
coffee
1/2 cheese/ham omlette...threw rest away didn't taste that good
small honey crisp apple
For lunch: Navy bean soup
Snack: small honey crisp apple
Dinner: left over turkey or the beef soup
1/2 banana before spin class, 1/2 banana after spin class
