Carla, glad you made it home safe. Jo & Her family are in my prayers. She has awesome girls! I do wish I could make it better.

Not much going on today. I have been sick with a cough for a few days. I did manage to get some cooking done for Thanksgiving. We are going to my daughters, but I cook some of the sides. Also have to make apple muffins, cheesecake, & taking a chicken. My SIL is deepfrying a Turkey & my daughter & I can't eat that.

I hope you all have a wondeful weekend!!! I am trying to go see the new Harry Potter movie, but I need to feel better to do so!

Wow so many people with problems ... so sorry! My issues seem small in comparison. Carla, so sorry about your friend ... glad you had a chance to say goodbye. So often in the past year and a half I wish I had the same chance with Margie, who died suddenly. Hope you can get some help for your migraines. I know how bad they can be.

Annette, sorry to hear about Tom's problems. I hope they caught it in time to take care of it.

Janet, you are such a good sistah ... wish I had one like you. Don't know what to tell you that you aren't doing already.

Yesterday was a bear at work but rather exhilarating. I was on the Lafayette team, did two Monroe pages ... six pages total. Plus, I was helping on Monroe sports with the new guy ... now they know why I couldn't finish on time ... they don't get their stuff in on time. He wasn't done until after midnight. So it's not my fault!

Next week I have Monday, Thursday and the following Sunday off ... so I get to watch football two days! I figured I'd have to work on Thanksgiving and planned to participate in the work potluck ... now I don't have to work, so I have to get stuff to eat at home by myself. I might just go in at 4 to eat ... just depends on whether I want to get out of my jammies.

Well, gotta get off this and get in the shower and get some lunch.

Good afternoon everyone!
been a busy day here in Swanton! Got the living room furniture de "furred" and cleaned.  Friend is coming tomorrow to take it, the coffee table, the curio cabinet and a book case!  Then I will start putting the stuff that is moving out in the living room AFTER I scrub the floor and wax it or something to make it look a tad better. 
Then furniture in family room will be cleaned and moved out there, boxes will be someplace!  have some touch up painting to do too.  My SIL may come up and help, Matt is coming over tomorrow I hope to take a bunch of food here and some tools etc to his house for storage.  Haven't heard if I can rent the house or not.  GRRRR unfortunately the dogs will have to stay with Matt for 6 months until I can buy a house there.  My house here will be going up for rent.  need to find a rental property manager for it.  The extra income along with my pension will be nice if it happens!
