Received a call from the plastic surgeon today. I'm APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Surgery December 21 or January 4 depending on the hospital schedule.

Wow, that is awesome! I would say I am jealous, but truth is, while someday I hope to be able to afford plastics, I am happy for those who get it done!
