Good morning crew!

Am I eating? Yes, I am,  and not doing too badly, but sure wish I could get motivated to go exercise. AGHHHHH.

Here's yesterday:

latte
latte
3/4 bkfst sandwich
pad thai
chicken parmesean, orzo, peas
applesauce/lf granola

not enough protein...less than 60 grams. Can't remember when that happened last. Better today

Hi Susan....did okay until the evening....back on track today!!

B-Boost
S- pumpkin seeds (shelled)
L-Calico Beans
D-chicken sausage and cottage cheese
S-more Calico Beans
S-Ham and Cheddar Lunchable.....NAUGHTY!!!

Yesterday:
1/4 donut and later 2 cups of coffee
2 pieces of WW toast, 2 turkey sausage and a little sausage gravy over my toast
Small honey crisp apple
hotdog and only half of bun
1 small bag of BBQ potato chips and 2 small pieces of chocolate (seems like all the staff were down in the giftshop buying treats for themselves, me included!)
Small bowl of homemade turkey soup
Small bowl of SF ice cream added walnuts to it

Very carby day, just being honest with my eating. Stressful day and my eating showed it.
Today is much better and tomorrow will be even better.
I too gotta get my butt back to the gym! LOL
