New to this board

Hello! I don't know how I managed to miss out on this board for months until tonight but very glad I found it. I love my sleeve and am progressing well according to my surgeon. Don't know anyone else whose had this surgery to compare with on a personal level. But I'm doing great! Off all insulin and all blood pressure meds. Exercising and still breathing when finished! Enjoying life!

Welcome Sandy.  Glad to read your surgery is successful and that you are off all those meds.  You must be feeling fantastic.  Congratulations.

Well, HECK....I just noticed you're from AR!!!!!  Sorry I don't know where Boonville, we're fairly new to the State.

We live near Bryant in Saline County

I'm new to Arkansas too. Actually moved the week before surgery from Arlington, Tx. My husband moved us into our new house the week I was doing pre-op. Came home 4 days after surgery. I've heard of Bryant but don't know where it is. We're about 40 minutes East of Fort Smith.

That's great!  Keep up the good work.  I live in Kibler behind Alma so we're not too far away from each other.  I had the RNY.  Welcome aboard.  Everyone here is very friendly and I think you'll enjoy visiting here.

I know where Alma is. Drove through there one day but don't remember why.

I have several people in my bariatric support group that are doing great with the sleeve.
