Good morning one and all, I hope you're boat is sailing smoothly along!

Yesterday was a good one, but once again I got home late and didn't eat until 7:30. I really don't like having dinner that late, but it is what it is!

George, nice to see you posting here. We can always use more crew mates!

OK, here's why I'm doing poorly.

protein coffee
english muffin w/ salami n munster
couple of pieces of almond brittle
salad w/feta n pickled beets
salami, munster, asiago
2 glasses of late harvest reisling
2 fun sized almond joys

Obviously I've fallen off the wagon, or outta the boat and need to get back in the swing of things.  I need to get back to using fit day, it worked before.
I'm outta control.  Still can't get these three pounds back off (I wonder why).  I REFUSE to go any higher, but eating like I am will not help.  Maybe being back on OH will help.  I hope so...

Good morning Susan and everyone,
After 2 solid weeks of not waking up and eating at night there was last night!!! I made pumpkin muffins yesterday (first mistake) and then I had 2 of them in the course of the day. That was okay because I had the calories to use and ended the day at 1790 which is where I want to be. I slept for an hour and woke up when my DH came to bed and then couldn't get back to sleep. I also had a headache so took some Tylenol. Of course, I need something on my stomach or it will make me sick so instead of the protein ice cream I should have eaten I had a muffin. Then I had another one and then a protein bar.
After reading for a while I went back to sleep and woke up 2 hours later sweating and my heart was pounding. Of course all those carbs caused hypoglycemia. I took my BS and it was 73 which really where it begins to affect me and it just goes down from there. I had 2 cups protein ice cream, still felt horrible so had 2 Starbuck candies and 14 almonds then a package of jerky so it wouldn't happen again. I did share the jerky with the dog. Anyway that was my night and back okay today.

I have very little trouble during the day with eating but nights I struggle.

Getting ready to head out the door soon for a meeting with my clients.

B-Boost
S-pumpkin seed (shelled)
L-chili  (one more cup left for tomorrow)
D-talapia, cottage cheese and peas
S-Pure Protein bar

Setting up new emails is going to cause calluses on my butt. Work, go to the gym then sit and type. Eat and drink when I should most of the time. How dull.

B - cottage cheese, berries, Kashi
L - chicken & cauliflower
D - ground turkey and some veggie
S - apple & pb

I have cut back on coffee too. At first the headaches were miserable. All better now.

Not a good day, not a bad day.

3 slices of pizza - 3 different meals.  Ate up to the crust.
10 ginger cookies
20 rice crisps
2 mini 3 musketeers
15 M&M Pretzels.
1/2 bag lightly buttered popcorn
Lots of cheese
