Morning Crew! 

Yesterday was busy but a good one. Still needed to get some more water in me, but today will be better, I'm sure!

leftover chicken enchilada---I know, weird but it was yummy!

1/2 roast beef sand on double fiber bread, 1/2 apple

piece of cheese and the other half of the apple

spicey garlic shrimp on basmati rice, pea pods

applesauce w/ LF granola

Yesterday...

B-Boost
L-chili (homemade)
D-tuna, cottage cheese and peas
S-Pure Protein Bar

I need to get some fruit and work a little of that in as well at least some days. Loving Fitday!!

Yesterday my tummy was not happy.  Didn't feel very well.  I didn't eat much.  a couple of protein drinks and crystal lite was all.

Let me see if I can remember everything I ate:

3/4 of a two egg omelot (sausage, cheese)
1/2 chopped beef sandwich
1/4 cup cashews
1/2 cup sauteed spinach w/onion and garlic
2 oz brisket
1/3 sugar cookie
1 chocolate chip cookie
1/2 bag of lightly buttered popcorn
10 mini rice crisps (caramel corn flavor)


I guess I did not do too bad. 

Now to keep track of tomorrows stuff.
