You know me always too many questions. Here's a few more: Does it matter if it's light beer or not? And should the beer  be cold or room temp????

Can be light, should be room temp, but I've done it straight out of the fridge.

Well folks I did it! Made it through spin class and I felt so much better. I'm getting back into the exercise groove! Whhhooooooooo!! So today after work I will do the W3 class (women working with weights) then stay for a little bit for the cardio challenge class. I brought my gym back into my office so I could get dressed then there is no excuse...my butt will go to the gym. Yep, sometimes I have to play "mind games" for me. It works! LOL

Work is stressful right now so that is why I have to stay focused to my exercise routine. It really does get my stress out.

Everyone have a great day and do something special for yourself like Julia...getting her nails done! Pamper yourself. The holidays are upon us and we have to take time out for ourselves. Why? Because we matter, we can do this. Sooooo tomorrow, tell us what that something special was for yourself. Hugs Debbie

Good Morning Julia and Friends,

Julia, have a wonderful day today! Don't forget that you are still on the mend tho!

Man, oh, man the wind roared here all night long. It has just now slowed down to about a "breeze" of 20mph. . . Our hot tub cover, which was not in good shape, is now toast! It's outside of my room and I heard it flapping all night with nothing I could do about it. Doesn't owe us anything as it's 6 years old but didn't want to get a new one til spring.

Carpet cleaners coming today. Seems like we have a couple of little four footed critters who decide on occassion that it is too cold, too windy, too wet, too WHATEVER to go outside. They find inconspicuous spots to leave a calling card. We don't have a large amount of carpet so today the great room area and bedroom traffic areas will get cleaned.

With the carpets all nice and clean hopefully I will get in the holiday cleaning mood. I have company coming for Thanksgiving and Christmas plus we are having a holiday open house on December 10th. That should be enough to get me to kick it up a notch or two.

Had my skin checked for suspicious spots yesterday. It was my yearly check since I've had one skin cancer removed from my face. Had a couple of spots "frozen" and will watch them. I'd like to have a series of 3 laser treatments on my nose and cheeks but ouch it's expensive! And insurance doesn't cover any of it.

That's about it from here. The wind is finally dying down. It makes me so restless. I keep threatening to go down into the basement area to sleep when it is so bad. It really does keep me up most of the night and I don't sleep well anyway.

I guess if that's the worst of my gripes I'm lucky! You all have a good day.

I am in cyberHELL. The hacker was good. They fixed it so I couldn't get into my accounts to change passwords. The only solution was to get a new email address and identity. 

4 years of support group names (about 250 people) have to be looked up and entered.

ALL of my OH family is lost. sniff If you pm me, I'll share the new address. Maybe you could share with each other too and email me. Then I can just add your names again.

My work contacts are gone!

I feel sick and overwhelmed.

Julia....glad to hear you are returning to work...that is a reason to celebrate for sure!

As for me I barely have time to leave this message...my job is VERY busy again this morning.

Hi Julia and my OFF family:

I'm so excited for you, Julia ... hope your first day goes well ... You should just about be at work by now. (It's noon here.)

I didn't sleep all that well last night. Kept waking up with night sweats. Or in pain. Or both. Sometime after 6 a.m. I fell asleep but woke up several times again ... still tired and my knee hurts. It's windy, cloudy and chilly here ... I won't call it cold (it's 52 ... I'm sure some people down here will call it cold, but 52 isn't cold, just chilly).

I bought Juliette a new little toy yesterday ... I had a couple of coupons for Petco so it was practically free. This was a little fluffy bird that actually squeaks. She, of course, loves it. It was so much fun watching her play. She brings so much joy into my life.

And I actually got my big Yellowstone picture hung above the couch (no easy task). Which means I just have a few small photos to hang and the big Chicago Bears poster to hang left. The couch is cleared off. I need to get this place cleaned out before Ieave for Christmas because my brother will come back with me and need a place to sleep.

Anyway, it's back to work today for two days, then off Thursday for my shot in the back ... the pain doc's office called yesterday with results of the MRI ... I have arthritis in my back ... no ****!
