Morning one and all!

I'm off to work early this morning, so I'll get this boat sailing early!

Yesterday:

latte

bkfst burrito

latte ----spilled half of it all over myself on the way to work. Should have been an indication of the day to come!

Salad with protein coffee ----see recipe alert on the other thread

1/2 honey crisp apple

beef burrito filling, no tortilla

3/4 PB&J on double fiber bread

latte

Not a bad day.

im gonna try and behave all day, cause i have that wedding tonight with my
friend Mikey.  so far ive just had water and coffee and then im heading to the
gym.

think i will pick up a BIG salad for lunch to keep the mouth occupied.

Thanks for sharing your recipe. I love a little crunch on my salad and am addicted to caffeine - but yuckies to that combination. Poor Susan.

L - ham slice, green beans, green salad
D - meatballs in tomato sauce poured over green beans
S - apple & pb

Yesterday I had

B - sandwich round and protein drink
L-  left over spaghetti and marinara
D - Ham and light cheese on sandwich round
S - protin drink

New Flash   yeterday I went shopping in my closet.  The 13 1/2 pounds I've lost allowed me to get into 2 pairs of jeans and 3 pairs of dress pants I was unable to wear.  I have my eye on a couple of pant suits that I should be able to wear in another 15 pounds.  I can do it ...I can do it....

I've had a regular eating day except for potluck after church. There is never enough protein dishes at a vegetarian potluck unless I bring something. Since it was a church we have never been to before didn't know they had a potluck so did the best I could so when I got home had to get some protein ice cream into me quick before the BS crashed.

I just looked in my food diary and realized that I have gone 8 nights without eating in the middle of the night which is a real victory for me. It makes it so much easier to manage my weight when I don't have to contend with 3-600 extra calories from carbs in the night!

B - eggbeater omelet w/cheese, veg and fruit
#2 - Veggie burger with humus, avocodo and carrots
#3 - potluck - not much to pick from except carbs, carbs, carbs. Did get some very hot beans and a salad
#3 1/2 - 2 cups protein ice cream (actually a protein shade frozen)
#4 - chili beans, cheese and cold slaw
#5 - flatout, PB&J and apple
#6 - chicken and a salad
