I'm eating, how about you? Sunday edition
Go****'s hard to believe it's Sunday already. Where does time get to?
Well folks, today is day 6 of my NO SNACK ZONE (unplanned, that is) and I'm down below 135 again. What a relief! I'd still like to get about 3 more off, just to be in a safe zone again, and I'll be happy. It's nice to be able to be comfortable in my jeans again, especially sitting all day. They can really cut off the circulation after a bit lol!
Okay, here's yesterday:

3/4 bkfst sandwich with turkey sausage

jambalaya
1/2 apple
leftover pot roast, a bit of mashed taters and green beans
latte
Going to the movies today, think I'll allow myself some popcorn.

Started out the day just fine with my protein coffee, a protein bar for a snack about 11, then 1/4 cup crab salad with 4 Ritz for lunch. Half a chicken snacker for supper. Then I wandered through the kitchen during Ed's party and grabbed a plate with cheese nips, peanuts, and potato chips. Bad, bad, sybul. I'll be really careful today.
