Good morning Julie and OFF family to come. Happy Friday and it's another beautiful one in Michigan! Sunshine always makes me happy!!

Julia, glad things are okay with your medical reports. Big Sigh! Time to count all our Blessings.
Let's all do that today, give thanks with a grateful heart. LOL...I'm singing that song in church Sunday with the Praise Team.

Hubby is going fishing today, he is taking full advantage of this beautiful weather. My plans are to workout in the pool today with BF Deb. That rowing class I took really did a number on my inner core and was too much for me. I'll pass on rowing for now. I'm the type of gal that goes full force and I have to learn to set boundaries with exercise right now. Next year watch out though! LOL

Everyone have a great weekend. One of the things I'm doing tomorrow is going Thanksgiving food shopping for people in need, our church is taking that mission on again this year. I'm so thankful that I'm blessed and getting my health back. Hugs Debbie

Good mornin', ya'll.

Those medical reports can sound awful with out an interpretor!

Yesterday my son, DIL and grandsons had off for Vet's Day. Thank you to all those who serve and have served. I also think we need to thank all the other 'service' people. What about the police and firemen, they put their lives on the line everyday for us, too.

My DIL and I went to Han**** Fabrics and got a bunch of expensive material for the Halloween costumes I'll be making for next year. They have been having a big sale, but yesterday from 8-10 was an additional 10% off.

Then off to PT. My ROM gets better and better. Now we are working on me raising it out to the side. I made my first fleece quillow with the new shoulder yesterday and it worked beautifully. I have 3 more to do, then some dog chew toys with the left over fleece scraps, and then begin the Halloween Costumes.

Today I have to go get my chemo port 'flushed'. I have to do that every 6 weeks. NEXT Sept they will remove the darned thing!! If I am still cancer free. I was supposed to get a CT scan last month, but they couldn't schedule me while I was in OR and I forgot all about it. So today I have to call and get that scheduled. Gotta keep on top of those kind of things now.

Everyone have a fantabulous day!!

Good morning everyone.  Glad it's Friday.  Plan to clean the house today top to bottom.  Eddie is having his 18th birthday party tomorrow night so I figure get the house cleaning out of the way today so I can bake his cake, and make up the snacks for the party tomorrow.  Val and his friend Anthony are going to chapherone so I am lucky in that respect.  I got one of those shake weights to see if it will help tone up some of the loose skin on my upper arms.  We'll see how it works.  I am feeling very well lately.  My depression is being held at bay and I have more energy too.  the Savella and ultram for the fibromyalgia help me get through most of the day practically pain free.  Still waiting on a decision for my appeal on soc. sec. disability claim.  My doctor doesn't think there will be any problem.  Got some more lab work done and my flu shot yesterday.  Was really sick to my stomach the rest of the day but feel much better this morning.  Eddie came home with a 1/2 Rotweiller 1/2 pit bull puppy.  Looks all rot. to me though.  Cute thing.  The kittens are all gone now and everyone is spayed and neutered except for Max the white lab.  He is next and then we will be worry free about making more animals.  Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Nothing earh shattering in my life lately just normal everyday life.  That is good.  That means no problems on the horzion at least none I am aware of.

Hi Julia and my OFF family:

I'm so happy your news is good ... and I knew it would be.  If I didn't have to work, I'd have a beer for you ... but off to work I'd go tonight. Plus, I've already taken a vicodin after the morning I had.

This is how it all started: Normal payday morning, I was getting dressed and lost my balance. I tried to catch myself by grabbing onto the chest of drawers, but missed, tripped over my own two feet and landed on the bedroom floor, on my left knee. So my good knee, my left knee, is all bruised and swollen, my left elbow hurts, my back hurts from twisting it. Still, I had to go do my running around. I had to go to Comcast to get my cable and Internet reconncted ... long story, don't want to go into details, but an interesting drive and got to see where a lot of things were. Came back home, stopped at CVS to pick up some prescriptions, two of which were transferred from Walgreens. Well, Walgreens claimed they never had one of the prescriptions (and I only have one left) ... so they now have to call the PA back and get a new script (at least they told me this instead of having me stand there for 30 minutes as Walgreens did).

Then, I went grocery shopping, came home, unloaded the groceries, etc., made lunch ... had a frozen dinner and a salad. Sat down with everything, had the salad sitting on my end table, put my ice packs on my knees, grabbed my lap table and boom, the salad fell on the floor, all over my purse and on the rug ... what a mess. So then I had to clean up that before I could eat (so forget about the salad).

I don't think I have much money left and still have bills to pay. I'm in pain and have to work Monroe sports on a football Friday night ... yuck! Oh well, at least I'm off tomorrow. I still have to get cat food.

Well, that's been my day. Have a good one.
