Good morning fellow crew mates!

Okay, I CAN do this!  Day two of avoiding the snacks at the salon, concentrating on protein, and decreasing my carbs a bit. Too early to see if the movement on the scale is a result of it, but I hope so!
I'm hoping to at least keep this up until we go to Wisconson for Thanksgiving, which will give me some wiggle room in my pants!

Yesterday:

latte x 2

bkfst burrito on high fiber tortilla

small chef salad w/ LF dressing

applesauce/cottage cheese

1/2 c jambalaya

applesauce w/ LF granola

100 oz water!!!

French Wine Bread And Cheese  Whine and jeeze. That's about all I can muster for now.
Long story and the ending is not yet resolved. I'll fill in the blanks when possible.

Much better now. This stinkin' thinkin' brain went into overdrive and imagined really bad stuff.

All is good but I am mentally wiped out. Time for a nap then off to the gym.

I don't know what I'd do without Fitday!  I even have it on my iPad in case I don't have time in the morning to list my food for the day.
