I'm eating, how about you? Wednesday edition
I ate my usual eggbeaters, veg, cheese omelet with fruit
Tuna roll up with carrots
Veggi burger with carrots
cereal w/yogurt and fruit
PB&J rollup with 1/2 apple
I still have 3 oz chicken and salad to go.
We did a 5 mile hike up a mountain and for some reason I am very tired. We do that much every day and more but today just exhausted me so now I just want to eat and eat and eat!! I have not eaten at night for the last 5 nights and I'm going to conquer this need to eat tonight also.
I does make me feel like a glutton when I read what the rest of you are eating! I'm trying to lose a pound so have dropped my calories down to 1600-1700 instead of 2000 but it sure seems like a lot!

Golly, you're not a glutton at all! I can see you are a lot more active than I am, for sure. I stand or sit in one place pretty much most of my day, so my caloric needs are going to be lower than yours.
There are those of us who would also admit that we don't eat enough, which is almost as bad as eating too much.

I have the same feelings of overeating when I look at everyone else's plan. I have never posted but here goes:
B: .5 c greek yogurt, 1Tbs almonds, 1 slice high protein bread
L: 2 oz steak, lettuce salad with dressing
D: deli meat with 2 laughing cow cheeses
Coffee w creamer and protein in am and pm
Comes to about 1200 c and 114 proteins.
Usually I'm at about 1400 c and 100-120 protein

Glad to have you here, hope you stay for a long time.
Please don't feel like you're overeating! Your calorie count is exactly where I'm supposed to be, but sometimes I just don't make it. Having to eat isn't as easy as "wanting" to eat used to be.
I don't see anthing wrong with your menu at all, in fact, it looks great!
