I'm eating, how about you? Wednesday edition

Good morning one and all.

It's a much more positive day here today at the Higgins house. Yesterday I managed to not even LOOK at the leftover Halloween candy or bag of Fritos in the break room. Only three meals with one snack, 1/2 of an apple. Then.....instead of the usual large-ish bowl of applesauce w/ granola and cool whip, I dished up a 1/2 cup serving and didn't eat all of it!

Maybe I have a handle on this. Let's see how today goes.

Yesterday:

3/4 bkfst sandwich

green salad with lots of veggies and chicken
1/2 apple
jambalaya

1/3 (?) cup applesauce w/ granola and cool whip

Yesterday
2 pieces of toast
Diet sunkist
beef stir fry with fried rice...only ate half (but ate all the beef in it)
half of honey crisp apple
taco salad, homemade, only ate half
small bowel of popcorn

S:  probably not, I did eat a whole bagel for breakfast
L:  Salad and chicken ala griglia left from last night's dinner for clients
S:  A couple of figs
D:  Wedding soup
S:  yogurt or s/f ice cream

Hi Susan and everyone,

No more naughty Latin phrases, I promise.  Papi the Pouch has been acting up, so I'm going to give him a rest,  will be having mostly protein shakes through the weekend.  Let's see how it goes.

Today's plan:

B - protein shake
L - Detour bar
S - slice 2% cheese
D - Protein shake
S - Warm protein shake
