Morning one and all!

I found a self hypnosis app for my iPad last night. $3 for a 14 min session that I listened to twice......just to be sure...lol.  Anyway, we'll see if it helps until I'm able to see the regular hypnotherapist the first week of Dec. If I can just stop the snacking I'll be better off.....well, maybe

Here's yesterday. Not bad.....

greek yogurt w/ LF granola
apple w/ pb
3/4 carb balance tortilla w/ deli roast beef and cheese
jambalaya
applesauce w/ LF granola

No one at the gym to help me with the entry card. It's a conspiracy, I tell you. If I have some spare time at work today (yeah, right) I'll go for a walk. It's going to be a beautiful one

What is spare time???

I fell overboard last night with no life preserver. Just before bed, felt munchie, ate 1/2 cup oyster crackers then went to sleep. BIG mistake. Woke up sweaty, shakey, hot, cold and felt like crap.

That's why I stick to the same stuff every day. Lesson learned. (at least for today)

Yesterday:
2 cups of coffee with creamer
Wacco cracker with 1 T PB
Honey crisp apple
chicken stir fry with rice-only ate half, threw rest away
Diet Mt. Dew
3 bites of banana after water aerobics work out-threw rest away
3 oz. roast beef, half potato
popcorn

Yep, I'm eating. . . still don't want to write it down. But I did get in the door to the gym yesterday. That's the hard part. Remember Marti saying a co-worker just told her to "just show up." that's what I'm trying to do at least 3 days a week. Yesterday I did get 3 miles in on the , I weliptical. Today I was a slug. I'll try to do better.
