I'm eating, how about you? Sunday edition
So .... are ANY of us perfect? HELL NO. If you have to walk the plank, make it a big one because you have company in your "sinning" ways.
I have developed a complete aversion to cooking. It stinks for Tom who doesn't want to eat cottage cheese & Ka****hat's not very healthy either. An occasional handful of fritos might do me good.

Yesterday was a very good day and night. Night time eating is my downfall. When I can't sleep I want to eat!! Today my DH and I hiked 7 miles plus so now I have more than 20,000 steps to help with the 2 pounds I want to lose!! When I'm hiking I have to eat about every hour so my BS doesn't crash. My pouch also doesn't like to hike with a lot of food in it so I eat half a tuna wrap and some carrots and then the other half an hour later. The problem with that is when I'm finished I haven't had enough calories and I'm hungry and want to eat everything. I'm sitting here looking at a granola bar and vowing I'm not going to eat it because if I do I will want more and more. I still have my last meal of the day to go which is 3 oz chicken and a huge spinich salad so wish me luck. I'm going to get up right now and put the granola bar with the other under the bay in the RV. This is where I keep them for DH because even I don't go outside in the middle of the night to get one.
