Good morning one and all,

Well, it looks like some folks have jumped ship as our numbers are decreasing, but I'm going to hang in here regardless. Today I'm joining a gym. I'm sick of sitting on my butt after work, watching mindless TV that I'm not interested in and feeling like a slug. Now that my focus at work has moved more to nails I sit for a large portion of the day. It's not working, so I have to get my a** moving.

Here's yesterday:

bkfst sandwich
pigeon peas w/ chicken and rice
navy bean soup
applesauce/lf granola

a couple of lattes, protein coffee and 80 oz water. The liquids ought to keep my boat floating....lol

I have been a lurker waiting for my surgery, which is this coming Tuesday.  I really like this forum since alot of the others have young people with different issues than I have.  I'm nervous and hoping I can get a handle on all that's required, sometimes it just seems overwhelming.  I've been on the two week pre op liquid diet and sticking to it faithfully.  I figured if I can do this, what am I going to do after surgery.  Anyway, please everyone keep this forum going.

Guilty!   Although not really jumping ship, more like missing in action.  I swear I do try, but the new job has me working long hours. So happy to have a job when so many good people don't, that I'm not going to whine about it. 

Ate mostly crap yesterday, but I'm back on track today.

B - protein shake

L - Chopped salad with pesto chicken

S - protein bar

D - Split pea soup and whole wheat toast

S - Yogurt

Lots of tea with stevia and lots of water.
