I'm eating, how about you? Tuesday edition

Morning one and all!

Here it is....Tuesday, which is my Monday and I'm trying hard to get moving. It's a 12 hour day so I'm not sure what is going to happen with my eating, but I'll do my best. What else can you do?

Yesterday:

poached egg on toast
basmati rice with Gandules (a Latin dish made with Pigeon peas. A client brought it to me and it's different, but good. No meat though, so I'll add some chicken to it for lunch today)
honey crisp apple
roasted chicken and veggies
applesauce w/ cottage cheese and some walnuts

Okay, that's it for me. How about YOU?????

Morning to all

We have talked about unhealthy eating habits. I am struggling with those again. Food has little appeal. I need to get my head screwed on right real soon.

Sorry for being a bummer.

Morning Susan,

B:  3/4 cup of cottage cheese with a small piece of my ww/sf/no fat added banana nut bread
S:  SF jello made with s/f canned fruit and sliced banana
L:   Baked ziti made with dreamfields pasta, part skim ricotta/mozzarella and some proscuiotto
S:  Popcorn
D:  Dinner at Seasons 52 with my "een" friends which will include a "shot glass" dessert of some kind. . .
S:  included with my dinner choice

Hi Susan.....I am really dragging today...was yesterday too...hope I am not coming down with something.

Yesterday.....

B-protein Bar
S-grapes
L-calico beans (w/ ground turkey added)
D-same as lunch
S-one string cheese

Yesterday I had

B - protein bar
S - banana
L-  roasted chicken on sandwich round and a few pita chips 
S- pear
D - protein bar on the run
S - pear

Yesterday: (and I'm stressing but I'm trying to be mindful with my eating)
Honey crisp apple
Wacco cracker w 1 T Peanut butter
small piece of potroast, 1 sm. scoop mashed potatoes/gravy and corn
6 chips with artichoke dip
Activia Light
3 mini Hershey's candy bars (darn Halloween candy)

Hugs Susan, I will be gone until Monday. I promise to stay mindful of my eating, I'm journaling again...notes on my moods.
